The Elite Camp was design for athletes that want to become better, want to stay better, or want to
be better once again! Here you'll find an endless amount of technical, tactical and athletic
training contents that are used to turn you into the best version of yourself.
Through 8 months you have the the opportunity to invest 6 hours daily to put up the necessary work to succeed, whether on court or in the weight lifting room, always with proper monitoring, supported by an established structure that year after year proved results.
Our project values training consistency, we try to create good conditions for our athletes to stay with us several weeks (last year: 5 weeks per athlete). We protect and publicize the athletes during the season, but during the summer it’s time to work and get better.
If you’re looking for someone to massage your ego, this project it’s definitely not for you. But, we guarantee results. We work hard, and you’ll have the privilege to train beside players like Carlos Andrade, Arnette Hallman, Márcia Costa, Sofia Carolina amongst many others.
Everything revolves on three types of work: workout plannings, that is the daily planning of individual athletic and skill training; GTS which are small group training sessions where the athletes are organized in groups of 4 being their necessities and level the criteria to form the groups; and finally, the PT sessions, where the athlete has a coach all to him/herself and the focus of training could be either (or both) athletically or skill/tactical. The combinations between these three types of work differentiate each package.
Our legacy was built on international success, MVP's and national champions in all genders. This is only possible with tons of work, and our camp is where all the work happens. It all began with athletes whose potential was not being shown at pro level, injured athletes, or players accused of being already over the hill. They all start from a lower point in their careers, today they are at the top. What about you?
Where you want to be?
